About Hope Unshakeable

The death of a loved one

The death of a loved one marks the beginning of a lifelong journey of grief, which is just simply your love for that person. While each person is grieving the loss of a loved one, the way that they grieve and how they walk their grief journey will be different. This can oftentimes cause a feeling of loneliness or isolation, the thought that you are the only one who feels this way.

But You Are Not Alone!

A Little Bit About Hope Unshakeable

What is Hope Unshakeable?

Take a Peek Inside a Hope Unshakeable Book:

We are so grateful for Hope Unshakable. Following the death of our son we found our self in emotional limbo. The class allowed us to connect with others in a similar place, to share our pain and move forward. It was a life-changing experience.

Words really cannot express how grateful I am for the Hope Unshakeable Sibling Loss study. When my sister passed away, I began to search for any material that spoke directly to the loss of a sibling without much success. After reading H.U. for Siblings, I not only felt understood, but also that I wasn't forgotten. It encouraged me to live a life filled with hope even in the midst of unbelievable pain.

How Do The Groups Work?

Each curriculum begins with an intro week designed to share the vision of the study and allow participants the chance to preview the class before committing. In between each week’s gathering, participants will have three readings to complete before coming to class: a story, soul-care (scripture and devotional thought), and self-care (grief processing). Participants will then gather to discuss the readings and what they are learning through the study.

This discussion allows for the participants to process, with each other, where they are on their grief journey. By the end of the nine weeks, they will have built a solid foundation focused on how to continue moving forward. They will also have a new community of support that, not only understands what they are going through, but is now walking with them on their journey.

Even though the loss of a child may feel lonely and isolating, it doesn’t have to be. Together healing happens.
